Location. Ventanas Al Mar is located approximately three kilometers from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential neighborhood. Occupying a lush mountainside setting, this villa is three kilometers from Conchas Chinas beach, offering rock grottos and hidden coves teeming with Chinese shells.
Features. Surrounded by trees and wildlife in a gated community, Ventanas Al Mar features views of Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas. This four bedroom villa features Indonesian furnishings, teak wood trim and accessories, and granite countertops. A hot tub, infinity pool and rock fountains complement the villa's modern and organic design. The villa is staffed with a cook, houseman and maid.

Guestrooms. This 9,300 square foot villa, professionally designed and decorated, offers city and bay views from virtually all areas of the house, with some rooms featuring walls made almost entirely of windows. The villa offers satellite television, a CD player, VCR and DVD player. All four bedrooms have access to terraces with sitting areas, and feature beds with handmade linens. All rooms include en suite bathrooms, and are air conditioned.

Expert Tip. Las Carmelitas is the highest restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, and offers beautiful and expansive views of the city. The restaurant is set on a ranch, complete with goats and chickens. It is so high up that the ranch relies on its own generator for electricity. The restaurant lies 10 15 minutes from the south side of Puerto Vallarta.
